My computer skills are poor is there a language converter I can’t find or may not some web pages have them and it would be great to be able to communicate with our non English speaking Uni riders .
Lately I’ve just been using Google’s tool at https://translate.google.com/, I guess mainly because I can remember where it is and I’ve forgotten what the other ones are. You can either paste text into the box on the left and read the translation on the right side, or paste a url in the left box and click the link to the translated page when it shows up in the right box.
I remember that once upon a time, different automatic translators were better or worse at different languages. No idea if that’s still the case.
I use Chrome webbrowser, as it has a translate option that you can set to work automatically when it detects a different language. Unfortunately it doesn’t always automatically translate this site, I think because the initial menus etc are all in English.
