I bet someone could make a mod for tony hawk or dave mirra for the PC.

I have seen wierd mods for tony hawk underground, so why not a unicycle.

The only problem I see with that is the control and physics of a unicycle are not nearly close enough to a skateboard or bike, the game’s engine itself would also need alteration.

Yes but even if the physics engine was not accurate it would still be really cool and fun, and a good way to get a real game rolling
