Ok see, I got a friend to order a koxx-one isis hub and cranks. Somehow, the order got screwed up and they sent koxx bicycle hubs instead.
He’s in France now and Koxx-One seems to be closed for the holidays. What can I do and can I get a refund from where I am which is nowhere in France??
sorry I don’t know. I would just email them and pray for the best but you’ve probably already done that.
Now I know why they get done for bad servise! 
I recon they should give you a uni hub for free 
check which costs more, the uni hub or the bike one. then if the bike hub is more expensive, just return it so you can buy the uni hub and have a little extra cash.
