Well I don’t know how to put it.
This was a racing event held in Ansan city, near Seoul. As I understand it, competitors raced 3 laps of a 5km course, first on a 20", then a 24" and finally on anything from 26 to 36 ungeared. I missed the event as I had been away on a trip but it looked like fun. Might have been a logistical problem carting 3 unis up to Seoul, even if I did have a 20" :stuck_out_tongue:

Here are a few photos from the KUF hompage. Kim JongWon and Kim GiSuk warming up, 269 Lee HyeonSon, 185 Kim MinSeo(Incheon Full competitor 2:45:23) and 166 Yu ByeongSo racing. Couldn’t resist adding Park YongJu, who needs a head cam when there are guys like him riding!

I’ll be there next year :slight_smile:

Looks like fun!!

I was in Korea in the mid-80’s when I was in the Navy. I remember being in Incheon and wishing that I had been able to bring a unicycle on my ship. I looked around in Seoul for a place to purchase a unicycle. No luck.

Thanks again for the pictures…they brought back memories.
