Having suffered for a number of years from a variety of knee related problems I
scanned a TOTAL MOUNTAIN BIKE article on an alternative treatment suggesting the
use of glucosamine sulphate. After a Net trawl I got the background details of
some limited trials.
I’ve played baseball for a number of years, and the twisting , turning, and
collisions appear to have caught up with me, especially my knees. The
cardiledge I believe. Anyway, another fellow on the team, 60 yrs. old , told
me he was taking florasil and it really helped him. I called a health food
store and got turned on to the glucosamine sulphate. This is my second day,
and it really seemed to help yesterday. This morning my knee was sore again,
but I took another capsule and it feels much better. I also bought some
halibut liver oil, and together they seem to compliment each other. good
luck with your knees. You don’t have to take it lying down!In article
