We need to start a movement in unicycling to the wearing of kilts and riding. These kilts are really durable and look very good; so much cooler to move along the sidewalk with a wheel sticking out from under and the saddle and seatpost practically unseen. Just think, no binding, no bunching (at least not from pants legs…).
That’s my new goal, I think.

Going “regimental” would be pretty uncomfortable, I think. 
I wanted one so bad a few years ago, but i couldn’t afford one. I made this one. I’ll try riding uni with it. It’s really comfortable!
Can I just say that I fully suppport any man who wants to wear a kilt! Unicycling or not, kilts are wonderful items of clothing.

If unicyclists all started wearing kilts and shoes with toes (five fingers shoes) Non-riders wouldn’t have any reasons at all to make fun of us, would they. 
only a few models. most are $100 or so. i talked with a sales rep once who said he went through 5x as many pairs of the double kneed carhart carpenter pants as he did carpentry styledd utilikilts. think about it though, what is there to wear out?
