hey guys if you can help me that would be great because i don’t know how to lift up the seat durring a kick up mount

you have to,lie the unicycle on its sidewith the pedal in a position realtively close to the bottom of its rotation on your preferred side, and thn slowly walk up to the uni simultaneously stepping on this pedal and kicking-not lifting the seat and grabbing it with your hand.
lie the uni on it’s side and have the cranks in the position you jump in with the frame towards you. run toward it and slide you foot down the frame and have it land on the crank. at the same time put you other foot under the crank and pull it up.
