oh… so when you are riding and you start falling you bash your face into the rocks instead of you knee or shin?
no that’s why I said MUni clipless, we need our own pattern so they detach quickly in case of UPD. 
There are one or two riders I have read on here that use clipless pedals, and they work fine, even in muni when they fall.

ya, I’ve seen 'em. I’ve used clipless before too, they’re just difficult to disengage during a quick fall.
