Have you been in contact with the seller? I sent an e-mail with an offer near when you called “dibs” I haven’t heard back from him.
Just wondering if you have actually been talking to the seller or if you just think that calling dibs gives you first option on buying the uni.
If you have indeed contacted the seller first with an offer that he accepted then I don’t have to worry about whether or not mine would be accepted, It is just nice to know.

It is just generally polite to respond to people who are making a serious offer on a product that is being sold.
Since I didn’t know my chances I decided not to drive up to Fredericton yesterday since I am closer to Mane here in Saint John. (I was offering $285 with local pickup for anyone who was wondering)
I am sure you can understand that I would prefer to be told by the seller that it is sold to someone else rather than being told by another potential buyer.
