I haven’t ridden the Duro tire. I got my DX24 with the standard Kenda tire. The picture of the Duro looks like it might be even a more agressive knobby tread. The Kenda that came on my uni was, by far, the knobbiest tire I’d ever ridden and it took a little getting used to. At first it felt like I could feel each and every knob as it contacted the pavement. It actually felt a little notchy. I quickly got used to it though and like it a lot. It’s my favorite uni right now. I can’t imagine that the extra 0.4 inches would be very noticable.
