Kenda 24 x 2.125

Recently, after far too many years away, I started riding again. This site, inspired me to dust-off the uni’s and re-enter a world that I once knew well. But all was not well in paradise - one of my 24" (a Schwinn with 1.75’) had cracks around the tire.
After calling several bike shops in the area, one said they had a Kenda 24" x 2.125".
The only name on it was “Kenda All-Terrain”, but the tread was not too aggressive for road use. I was a little hesitant since it was not a known “UNI” tire, but thought “what-the-hell.”
After mounting the new tire and tube, I pumped it to 42 lbs (only rated at 40 lbs) and took it out for a test ride.
… It was amazing! The Kenda tracked better than the stock tire and rolled over most obstacles without hesitation. It was great on corners and gripped the road pretty well. Somehow, my cadence seemed better with this tire as well.

Has anyone else had any experience with this or a similar tire ?
