Just landed my first unispin

I started practicing unispins today and over the course of the afternoon I just landed 4 180 unispins. It’s so frikin cool:D

Haha, I remember landing my first one not too long ago, i can’t beleive i ver found as hard as they first appeared to be, still don’t get them everytime though.
Trying to learn the unispin to tire (or whatever its called), can do it fine from on the floor but everytime i try it form an actual unispin position I over rotate and miss the tire with my left foot.
Still feels good to almost get it though as this time last week I wouldn’t have even tought of trying it.

I still can’t drop as good as I wish I could it just dosen’t seem that natural to me.

ok now i hate you, i can unispin to tyre then to pedals without fail, but the full spin is still ellusive, i have only done it once or twice

when you say “full” spin do you mean 180 or 360?

dont worry about drops, it just ruines your ankles and your uni. When i started all i did was climb stuff and drop off it, now i have a really tender left ankle and a semi-broken uni. tha largest i did was about my hieght, which is 5foot 7 or something. tis not really worth it and if you get it wrong, it hurts.

full spin being 180 i can spin it 360 but cannot land it at all.

I can see where you’re coming from but I still would like to be able to drop a picnic table without any difficulty.

So you can go 270 then 90 and get it?

hmm i am lost in all my degreesesses, yeah i think that is it, i can spin it 180 and a bit more to tyre then drop to pedals. although not everytime

tis pretty cool, for some reason i cannot do the spin then land on the pedals i have to go from the tyre…

yeah bungalistic just practice, i dont really practice enough, although i am going to the skatepark today for a few hours to finally give my new KH a breaking in.
