Has anyone else seen this movie? I loved it, has great actors, perfect soundtrack and generaly hilarious but full of heart.
I don’t think I have ever found a romantic comedy to be funny, but this movie was hilarious, and the jokes weren’t slapstick, they were full of irony and extremely witty.
I’m really having a hard time getting used to product placement in films though. Did anyone else cringe when they saw her walking around with the Sunny D, or the use of other brand names?
In some ways its good because it makes the story more easy to identify with because they are using brand names we are familiar with, but in another way I feel that perhaps the movie was changed by the advertisers, saying things like the logo must always be shown in this way.
I know I just have to accept that products are going to be more and more prominent in our favourite movies and tv shows, but it just seems wrong.
I just dont think of movies this way. I see a movie with a guy driving a Ferrari, im not gonna feel like the movie is telling me to buy a ferrari. I just see it as a guy, in a movie, driving a ferrari.
I lurved it mucho. Good good movie. Good. Overall a pretttty good movie. It was…good. A good movie, one for the ages. A good movie this was. A movie, of epic porportions. Proportions? Either way, good movie. Good.
I saw it yesterday and it was really, really, really good.
It wasn’t pro-life propoganda at ALL like I thought it was gonna be.
Also, the music was really awesome.
I really liked how they pretty much totaly avoided any pro-life/pro-choice things. She didn’t get an abortion, because the clinic scared her, not so much because of any particular beliefs, but it could be interpreted either way by anyone that cares.
