Juno!

Has anyone else seen this movie? I loved it, has great actors, perfect soundtrack and generaly hilarious but full of heart.

I don’t think I have ever found a romantic comedy to be funny, but this movie was hilarious, and the jokes weren’t slapstick, they were full of irony and extremely witty.

For those of you that havn’t heard of it, you can check it out at http://www.foxsearchlight.com/juno/.

I think this is the best movie I have seen over the holidays, compared to I Am Legend, and Sweenie Todd.

Anyone else?

O and I like the soundtrack alot too.

I saw Juno yesterday and it rocked.
The soundtrack was great, and it was hilarious, yet sad and slightly touching.

I love the hamberburger phone!

my sister said it was good

and the previous looked funny

Haven’t seen it…but if it’s got Jason Bateman and Michael Cera in it, I’ll see it eventually for sure.

your eggo is preggo.

My wife and I went to see it this weekend.

I enjoyed it very much. The performances were quite good and the story was engaging.

I thought overall that it teetered on the edge of being cliché but had elements that saved if from that.

Great Movie all round. I loved it and so did my parents which I wasnt expecting…haha

“You better pay for that pee stick! Just cause you marked it with your urine doesn’t mean you own it!”

I was very impressed by this movie.
The main actress, I don’t know her real name, was amazing.
good flick!

Chase

Ellen Page.

She’s really pretty.

I kinda want to see it, but I feel it’s gonna be just propaganda.
I’ll probably see it sometime anywa.

I saw it on saturday and I liked it. I don’t think I would watch it again though.

I thought that Dwight was funny at the begining. Too bad he wasn’t in the rest of the movie to.

I’m really having a hard time getting used to product placement in films though. Did anyone else cringe when they saw her walking around with the Sunny D, or the use of other brand names?

In some ways its good because it makes the story more easy to identify with because they are using brand names we are familiar with, but in another way I feel that perhaps the movie was changed by the advertisers, saying things like the logo must always be shown in this way.

I know I just have to accept that products are going to be more and more prominent in our favourite movies and tv shows, but it just seems wrong.

I just dont think of movies this way. I see a movie with a guy driving a Ferrari, im not gonna feel like the movie is telling me to buy a ferrari. I just see it as a guy, in a movie, driving a ferrari.

As with the Sunny D. Its just Sunny D to me.

I concur with Jerrick, it’s more realistic this way.

I lurved it mucho. Good good movie. Good. Overall a pretttty good movie. It was…good. A good movie, one for the ages. A good movie this was. A movie, of epic porportions. Proportions? Either way, good movie. Good.

i just saw it the other day and it was hilarious

I saw it yesterday and it was really, really, really good.
It wasn’t pro-life propoganda at ALL like I thought it was gonna be.
Also, the music was really awesome.

I really liked how they pretty much totaly avoided any pro-life/pro-choice things. She didn’t get an abortion, because the clinic scared her, not so much because of any particular beliefs, but it could be interpreted either way by anyone that cares.
