Juggling Festival Alert:
The Great La Crosse Juggling Toss!
A FREE weekend of juggling and unicycling! June 5th-7th, 1998 La
Crosse, Wisconsin

Featuring:
Non-Stop 3-Ball Instruction For Beginners- If you don’t already juggle, it’s
time to do something about that! It’s a great life-long hobby for all ages.
While supplies last, every beginner will receive a free set of 3 juggling balls!
Open Juggling - There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor space to practice, pass,
and meet other jugglers. There’s one gym for open juggling and another for games
and workshops.
Workshops - Beginner-level workshops will focus on basic skills while the
intermediate workshops will teach tricks and variations. There will be both
beginning and intermediate workshops on unicycling, 3 ball juggling, 4 ball
juggling, 5 ball juggling, passing and 3 club juggling. Additional workshops
will cover ring juggling, 4 and 5 club juggling, ball numbers juggling, diabolo,
and creating and performing routines.
Juggling Games - Join your fellow jugglers in some games including volleyclub,
volleybag, horse, field ball and combat. There will also be some friendly
competitions including the traditional 5 ball endurance.
Free Public Show - Come check out the juggling, comedy and variety acts!

Directions:
To Longfellow Middle School (20th & Denton Streets):
>From the east or west, take I-90 to La Crosse and exit onto
US 53 (HWY 35). Take that south for 5 miles then turn left (east) onto Jackson
Street. Continue east for 1.3 miles to 20th Street and turn right. After a third
of a mile, you’ll find Longfellow Middle School at 20th and Denton Streets.
