Here is alot of questions I have about juggling. I know there are old threads but I figured since there are so many new users, that they might have missed the others.
First, who here juggles clubs? I can do 3 and am looking at buying more.
Second, what kind of clubs do you juggle? I use Beard Circus Specials. They are the only ones I have used. I think they are pretty good but don’t know how they are compared to other clubs.
Third, does anyone have any clubs(perferrablly in a set of 3) that they would sell? I am looking at buying 3 more clubs, that way I will have a full set for passing but I don’t wanna drop a whole lot of money. I would like them to look pretty nice and I wouldn’t want them to differ in size or weight a whole lot from the Circus Specials.
I have a set of beard flares and a set of beard trans euros. I do more passing than anything else, I find the social interaction of trying to learn a trick together more rewarding than practising for hours alone.
I juggle quite a bit, I’m working on 5 clubs at the minute and am also trying to get my passing improved as I want to work on 9 a bit more.
I am currently juggling Beard Convention specials (Euro long handled clubs at £5 each)
The clubs that seem to be becoming most popular at the minute though are the Passe Passe PX3’s, They have a plastic dowel and are supposedly a lot more durable but I’ve not spent long enough juggling them to know for certain what they are like.
Wow, more people are in to juggling clubs than I thought. That is so cool. I guess im getting another set of Circus specials. Now the hardest part. Picking out colors :). I have a red, blue, and yellow. Should I get another set just like it so it will look good for passing?
Heres the colors, Like i said I have blue, red, and yellow. Yeah I thought about getting a set. I think I might go for white, green, and black…and leave out the purple.
Hmmm really? okay i might just have to do that. I kinda wish I would of went with one color and then had like 3 blues and 3 yellows or something like that.
colours only reall matter for performing until then they will make great practice clubs and good colours because they are visible and eye catching sept for black which i have never seen a club in black before gives you an idea that they are not that good, just because they dont work weell with lights i suppose, dunno go for it.
So when the gallerys back up shall we post sum juggling vids?
Purple tend to blend in with dark backround even more disconcertingly than black clubs.
I quite like the black Fish.
I juggle clubs as well. I use Radical Fish Freestyle Street.
I do three and have qualified passing up to eight. I’m also much more into passing than into juggling on my own.
It’s more difficult to be lazy in a group.
I just filmed a 2 minute(ish) freestyle(ish) club juggling(ish) clip, its unedditted(ish) as i will probably add music, my excuses for the drops are if you look in the background its very windy, bright sky, cloudy but bright, ear fones went funny lol ill try and upload it
well, I think you should actually buy 5 equal clubs… cause once you can do 4 youll want to get to five and there`s nothing worse than training with different clubs… I myself can do only 4 but I have 5 of them because of this. in a minor proportion they would also have less stress if you rotate them in your training…
about the colors… I believe theres only one color for clubs: WHITE. Its beautiful when they spin in the air and they give you much more visibility when in darker ambients…
yeah… ok… it must be some thing of my own but I really hate colored clubs… juggler I know from here also dont likeem… theyre too bright and sparkled. the blacks are a nightmare. you just cant see them. you can`t know where they start and where they end. I just think colored clubs takeout the seriously of juggling and make it kinda clownish
