Juggling Clubs.

Well it sounds like there are many different choices out there. I still don’t know what I will get but I do know of many options. I will kept looking around. If any of yall have more input on this please say what ya think. Thanks. Kelly.

the best bet might be to get to a juggling club where u can actually put a ‘feel’ to all the name brands being bandied about on this thread
if u aren’t able to juggle clubs yet, u’ll miss some of the finer points (like the smaller spins of the jugglebugs making them more difficult to control) but u’ll at least be able to feel what the club feels like in your hand and that might be enough to base a buying decision on
it will be more than u know about them now

about the one piece clubs, if u learn to juggle those, u’ll be able to juggle anything
plungers, rubber chickens, day-old-hamburgers, u name it
they are really crappy to juggle (my opinion) but they do provide a solid club-juggling base

i would recommend that u make yourself a set of ‘clubs’ by rolling up and duct-taping three magazines
u may want to add a toilet roll (the inside cardboard bit, not the whole thing!) to the one end and tape that with another colour tape to make it easier to distinguish the ‘handle’ side from the ‘other’ side
once u can juggle your three clubs, get to a juggling club and try out as many different clubs as u can find and then make your decision

let us know how u go

and when u want some pointers on juggling three clubs while on the uni, we’ll be right here

WHY? If he can get them all to unravel at the same time it’ll add to the visual appeal of his juggling no end - kind of like club juggling combined with rhythmic gymnastics.

i love questions that answer themselves in the same sentece

Has anyone ever tried these juggling clubs? http://www.higginsbrothers.com/jugglingclubs.htm

Look at the first ones that are called HB one piece club.
Just wondering if they would be some good starters.

Anyone heard of em?

Just Bumping this thread. Trying to see if I can get any more help.

I personally think the higgens brothers clubs are of poor quality. Perhaps a step up from airflights, but not a big step at all. If your really interested in clubs get yourself a decent 3 peice club you wont regret it.

Seems like there has been no shortage of help already. I believe you are over-thinking this. Time spent agonizing over a club decision is time not spent juggling those clubs.

Re: your question on Higgins clubs. I personally think “one piece clubs” are to be avoided at all cost, but that’s just my view.

Either way, just get something so you can learn. Once you learn, you learn to pass. Once you’re a passer, you’ll run into opportunities to try all sorts of clubs, and can then make a personally-informed decision on what to get for your next set. And there will be a next set…

isn’t it nice to have some stable data to base our existences on?
