I lived within a mile or two of that farm for the first 7 years of my life.

Idk, everyone around here is waiting to hear what’s going on. Same rumored suspect is suspect again, but he’s welcoming the police to search and stuff. Idk, it’s odd. I wish there could be closure. I’m sick of peoples rumors and gossip. Even IF the rumored suspect didn’t do it, his reputation is ruined around here damn near. Ah… Humanity.

The police feel better telling the people they have a suspect, even if that suspect didn’t do it.

It would be better if they had several suspects that included the one who actually did it.
