So I sold my 6-footer to John Hadfield out in Delaware, a unicycler/juggler/clown performer. In our communications, he asked if we knew of Bob Hunt out in Chicago. Turns out that we had been to a Circus Boy performance several years ago and Circus Boy is none other than Bob Hunt. John and Bob had gone to clown college together once upon a time.
So I sent John back a photo from about five years ago of members of our unicycle club standing with TJ Howell of Circus World in Baraboo, WI when we visited to perform with TJ. John evidently knows TJ and wrote back to say that TJ is a class act. We haven’t spoken with TJ since we performed there all those years ago.
This morning, I checked my unicycle auctions on Ebay. Looky who put in a bid on our 3-stack…
