Of course, the Iranian patrol boats are under orders to seize trespassers, like most nations would.
We’re all watching what happens next…

Glass.
How’s the coverage in the UK?
In the USA, it seems like this is a small story. It’s p. 14 of today’s NYTimes, and doesn’t even make it on the TV news.
Many people in the USA know how many dogs and cats died from bad food last week, but few know how many soldiers were killed and wounded in Iraq last week.
Pretty big, I’m not one to watch the news particularly closely but I still hear the story coming up everyday. Apparently they are to be tried for spying which seems fair, I’ve not idea what punishment they will face if found guilty.
…
Hey, I’m glad your boys got let go.
Bush would have sacrificed his soldiers and used this as an opportunity to wage war, using the UN to club Iran and twist arms of other nations to make it look like his invasion had wide support.
But Britain has been declaring their independence from the USA recently, anyway.
Good job, Britain!!!
Yeah I’m glad they decided to ‘give a present to the british people’ and return our guys and gal unharmed. When I heard the news for some reason I had the mental image of tony on the phone to iran, saying “look, give us our troops back, or me and my friend george here, we’re going to come over there and **** you up” but maybe that’s just because ive been plaing too much grand theft auto.
