I am looking for a Unicycle club or other social group to learn how to ride my unicycle. I am located in Massachusetts on Rt 495 in Medway, MA. If any one knows of a group nearby please let me know. Thanks!!
Welcome to the unicyclist community. You should try posting this same question in the RSU forum (Rec.Sport.Unicycling). Not everyone spends time in the Just Converstion forum, and this is a unicycle related question.
That being said, I have looked around these forums quite a bit for a Massachusetts club - but I have mostly come up empty handed. There is a group that meets in the Berkshires (floor hockey in Pittsfield in the winter, mountain uni in Lenox in the summer) but that would be a bit far for you to travel.
There are a few individual riders in and around the Boston area on these forums (JeremyR, BrianO, and a few others) but I don’t think there is an organized club. There have been a few mountain unicycle / trials uni events north of Boston (Lynn Woods, I think) put on by a rider who posts as Mountainuni1. I have been trying to attend one of these, but I always get knocked by a last minute problem - but others have said they are great. If you pm (private message) mountainuni1, he can tell you the date of an upcoming event.
Keep you eyes open on the RSU forum and engage in some of the converstions. You will eventually bump into other eastern Mass riders. Or put a post on RSU “calling all eastern Mass riders”. If you ever want to come to western Mass, my two older boys (ages 14 and 11) and I will be doing some mountain unicycling as soon as spring works its magic.

Thanks for the information! I joined the Google group, so hopefully I will hook upwith everyone soon and learn to ride. Thanks for the offer, KERV, but I think I will try level ground for a while before I ride down a mountain. 
Hey, we’ve got WA Unicycle Club in Westford MA… don’t know how far down 495 that is from you but you’re welcome anytime. We meet Tuesdays from 2-3, and even in the winter. Boston Unicycle Group needs to suck it up and ride in Winter 
We do a little bit of everything… trials, muni, parades, whatever. If you search WA Unicycle Club on youtube, we’ve got a few videos up.
