injuries on uni?

what broken bones or injuries have you had?

i mean, its not like anyone has been killed on a uni, maybe on a girrafe, but my friends who dont ride always say" ur gona break ur neck" and stuff.

are there any documented injuries like that?

I once developed a slight case of carpal tunnel syndrome using the SEARCH function.

I was once given a virtual beating for posting a unicycling-related question in Just Conversation.

Oh yeah, and a broken toe.

i once suffered a shot to the head after calling steve-o god.

I once suffered a shot to the head for making the text is my signature bigger than needed.

On a more serious note unicycling does lead to increased fertility among 15 year olds.

Dang… no Kids for me.

I once got a garden bamboo stake in my leg…

lol, deserves them right as they learn things too fast! :stuck_out_tongue: j/k

Unicycling has made my ADHD worse lol. And cost me LOTS of money! My bank account is now injured lol.

i have scars but practically every unicyclist has them :stuck_out_tongue:

Except the ones who were smart enough to buy some safety gear before working on tricks that would slam pinned pedals into their legs, etc.

I got my share of scraped up palms and knees in the early days. Then I bought kneepads and gloves, and found out that Murphy’s Law says that you won’t fall badly except for when you’re not wearing them. This has continued to hold true for the vast majority of the 29 years since then.

I did break my collarbone in 2007 though, riding a Coker at about 15 mph when my shoelace wrapped around the pedal. If you’re riding at those kinds of speeds, make sure your shoelaces are under tight control!

I’ve jumped of a wet table sliped and had a possibe fracter growth plate in my foot. Twisted my cranks. and yes when you dont wear protective gear you do get hurt and when you dont you do get hurt. fun ae:D

hahaha…not funny. i think hes cool and rides a uni. so back off. LOL

hahaha not funny. he rocks and rides a uni so back off.

uhm…
