Impossible Wheel Foot Hooks

For Christmas I got the nimbus bc wheel, I figured how to ride it, but I can’t jump and bring the wheel up with me. I was wondering if anyone has tried these foot hooks off udc? If these aren’t worth the money, could someone explain to me how to jump while sucking the bc wheel up with me with just the tiny bolts.

Thanks in advance for your reply.
Joe

Well if I were you I wouldn’t buy them when you buy your bc wheel. I would wait until after you’ve truly attempted to jump, because maybe unlike me your not mentally challenged and can land them with just the bolts like everyone else. Thank you for the response though.

By the way I thought I’d add this in my thread, I’m considering getting the t7 handle for my 36inch. However, mostly I use it to walk my dog, will this get in the way if I’m not resting my hands on it.

I think those foot hooks look like a really good idea, they increase the size of the bolts significantly.

How big are your bolts already though, because on my bc wheel they are pretty beefy, and i do not think these hooks are really necessary.

Whatever, if you’re having problems you might as well try them though, it can’t hurt.

Ting tang, walla walla bing bang:p

Hahah, I know that song
Prety strange one.

Oh, those bolts look helpfull.

The music video is a bit childish, but the song is awesome
As for the hooks, they seem helpful, but it would be hard to aim your foot in there when free mounting

I was thinking the same thing about freemounting, and even falling forward, since you have the possibility of not being able to slip your feet out. But I think I’m going to buy thim, thanks for all your replys.

And the song, whatever it meant.

Can anyone answer my second question about the t7 handle?

I really like the T7 for riding my 36er in almost anything but I don’t know how you walk your dog or how well behaved it is so I don’t know if it would get in the way for that.

Where the T7 really shines is on longer faster rides.

I’d save your money, those foot hooks don’t look like they’d help that much.

Here’s what spencer did for his bc plates. Just make a rectangular shape out of ducttape and foam. and tape it onto the plate.

And it works really well. It is really comfortable because it squishes so you won’t mess up your shoes and it gives you a much bigger thing to pull up on.

Looks super sketchy:p

Edit: Im sure it feels good though.

I know this would be impossible with my dog. He’s trying his best to go with me on a leash but a handle would just be asking for trouble in my case. Hm… it would however have come in handy the other day when I had to carry his “poop” in a bag until I found a trash can.

Well it looked better right after it was done, I took those pictures after it had been ridden. Even though it just looks like an ugly glob of tape, I think its the best option.

on a scale of one to ten (ten being hardest) can u tell me how much harder riding a imp. wheel is pls!

harder than what? a unicycle? bc (impossible) wheels are way easier than unis to start riding. getting good is harder on a bc than on a unicycle. it would probably rate a 4 in my book.

I don’t think you need them for jumping, just push your feet together. If this helps its like when you’re playing hackey sack and you pick up the ball by jumping with it in between your feet.

foothooks

I’ve been riding BC for a year now. My longest ride was 1031ft. I got those foot hooks but I haven’t put them on yet. I’m not sure how they’re going to work but I’ll definitely let you know. I am more of a “long distance” BC rider than one that does hops and tricks, although I have gone off small ledges before. I’m mainly in it for the ride

There’s no feeling like going fast on an impossible wheel.

if you want to go fast, get a 24", 20" are pretty squirelly at high speeds. but you really can’t beat the feeling. it’s like your flying, both your hands are up and unless you look down (don’t) you don’t have anything blocking your view of the asphalt whizzing by. and it’s so smooth and quiet.

couldnt you put some massive BMX stunt pegs on it aswell as the plates to make juming even easier
