Hi. Yesterday I set up some ftp’able stuff for this mailing list.
Instead of doing it at Indiana (on moocow) where I used to live, I did it down
here (Santa Fe). Additionally I changed the address for the uni mailing list.
Don’t use moocow.cogsci.indiana.edu any more, use

to submit things, and unicycling-request@santafe.edu for stuff that shouldn’t go
to the whole group. The last address is of course just an alias for me, but that
may change some time.
In terms of ftp, you can now connect to santafe.edu and the uni stuff can be
found under
pub/Users/terry/unicycling
there you’ll find something like what’s listed below. Most of the files just
contain the relevant mail messages that can be found archived in the
‘mailing-list-archives’ in the main directory.
I hope not to do too much more in the way of supporting people who want to
access the ftp area. In particular I don’t want to get into multiple mailing
lists, different compression forms, ftp access by mail request, writing FAQs,
compiling condensed versions of mailed articles etc. If anyone wants to
contribute something, that would be wonderful. It would be nice if someone
volunteered to create condensed versions of things that were discussed in the
group and then sent them to me once discussion seemed to have died down or
stopped. I’ll be happy to add them.
