how do you go backwards.
Pedal backwards 
i cant go backwards, but i have been smart enough to know dont ask that question here, youll get ripped up.
you learned to go fowards without are help, so why not back?
The way I learned to ride backwards was in small increments:
First, I learned to ride forwards, come to a stop, then ride off forwards (without taking my feet off the pedals)
Next, I learned to ride forwards, stop, pedal 1/2 revolution backwards, then ride off forwards.
Next, it was ride, stop, 1 revolution backwards, ride off forwards. Then 2 revs. backwards, then 3…
Do you see the progression? This method might also help you learn to idle.
