I received this today, not sure why I was chosen as this persons recipient. Seemed kind of odd.

Is there a way to send out a mass PM to every member? because I really dont think that a person would go through the effort of writing a PM to most of the people on the forums if their wasn’t
I got one, i responded with a not-so-nice reply.
I figured it was spam.
