and now the engine is making a squeaking noise when its started. Does anyone know why? and can i fix it myself and if not how much it wuld cost to get fixed? and is it even that big of a deal?
Check all of your belts, You might have a loose one. Does it only squeak when you start it, or does it squeak until you stop the engine?
Could be any number of things though.

Same thing happened to my dads truck. It was his CV joints giving out.
It could still be a number of things.
some of the oil on somthing could have got washed away?

tighten the flywheel and it should stop.

Probably just need to oil the muffler bearings. 
Does it squeak when you’re sitting still with the motor running or just when you actually drive it?
If it’s just when the motor is running, could just be belts. They got dirty in the mud and now either need to be cleaned or replaced. You can try just some water while the motor runs.
If it’s while it’s rolling, it could be lots of stuff, but I’d check the brakes for mud/dirt first. Depends on what the squeak sounds like.

I could probably fool a LOT of people I know. I was talking to this chick the other day about how when I was learning to drive a manual I killed it when I tried to start up in 3rd and she was like…So what’s 3rd gear? Priceless

ok i noticed a few things about the noise
i cleaned the engine out and i popped the hood and when it starts squeaking i spray the belt/fan area with the hose and the noise goes away but when i turn the car off then back on it comes back
also
the noise leaves when im accelerating
Fan/alternater belt then. Tighten it up a bit and see if it stops the squeaking.
