KH. I would definately say KH. Its one of the strongest (if not THE strongest) unicycle setups on the market. Im not saying anything bad about the nimbus, just the kh is cheaper, and is probably stronger. Good luck on your purchase of what you choose!

the only reason i would chose the nimbus is for the cranks

i ride bmx and rode them. i loved them so i figured it would be same for a uni. now that i think about it i have seen people in videos break profiles but not kh

KH, by far.

You obviously have cash, so why don’t you go custom?

If I had to pick between the two unicycles, I would go the KH.
A. Wider rim, makes a big difference.
B. Lightweight alu frame
C. MUCH better seat for SIF and comfort.
D. Glideable crown on frame.
E. Aluminum seatpost, not a heavy Cromo (overkill most of the time).

The profile nimbus looks like it’s been put together by a retarded non rider.

Weaknesses of the KH:
Flanges of hub are weak (this is the area where the hub meets the spokes) due to weird Kris Holm drillouts. A nimbus hub would be a better option.

Moment cranks are great for grinding, but are pretty heavy. For a smooth trials rider, I’d use tensiles. Big hucking street rider with no form would need the moments for sure.

Creepy Crawler (CC) tire sucks. Super thin sidewalls which make it feel like shit and constantly fold over. A better option would be the monty eagle claw or a try-all which have thicker sidewalls. Beware of the try-all in cold conditions though, below 0 C and it becomes rock hard.

JC Pedals are very heavy (700+ grams). Get lighter ones that’ll do the job just fine. I love my Welgo M1 pedals, but some people don’t.

Replace plastic seatbase for a Carbon fibre seatbase. It is always a good investment. It saves a lot of weight, but more importantly, it adds stiffness and is much stronger.

PM if you have any questions.

thanks alot for the tip ill get the kh and the i guess ill probably just customize it as i want/need to. thanks for the advice

You could do what I’m planning to do to my JC’s. Get a dremel tool and get it similar to the JC Trail Mix. I’m also going to grin out the bars on the inner and outer sides and put on pedal protectors.

If you want to do a lot of foot on frame tricks you may want to wait untill the longer neck KH comes out this summer, and in the meantime avoid all drops (if you’re on a cotterless uni).
