I, and many others, would appreciate it if you would try using better punctuation and grammar and not “spam” the forums. I went thru periods where I ate a wide variety of cereals, even “mixtures” of different cereals in the same bowl. Then I was big into granola (which my mom made), then a cereal that looked like buckshot (cannot recall the name), then corn flakes, then I was big on raisin bran (which causes LOTS of gas), but lately I love shredded wheat with bananas & almonds.
