i gotz a question

hey i always wanted to kno how you do that hyperlink thingy where your link appears as a normal word like here or go or something like that if some one could tell me i would be most appreciative.

<a href="http://www.type-the-website-here.com">type the text you want to appear as the link here</a>

Select the normal text in your message (highlight it)
Click on the Insert Link button (globe with a chain link)
Paste the URL into the dialog box that pops up
Click OK

So many ways. Select the icon of the earth with a chain around it above the response window. Chain, a link, get it? Paste the URL of the site to which you want to link in the window that appears. Click OK and the HTML code automatically appears in your message at the point where the cursor was left. The highlight region is before the begin and end statements for the HTML code so you may begin typing the message that will appear in your link. I will pick JC’s link and cut it from the http field. I will click the “link” link. I will paste the url to his post into the box and will click OK. Then I will type “Here’s JC’s link” in the space between the start and stop commands where the cursor will be residing. I will move the cursor to the outside of the (end URL command) and type a space and “it’s done.” And this is what it looks like: Here’s JC’s link it’s done.

Edit: I mispelled statement.
