I can't figure out why my 2 20" unicycles feel so different

I have 2 20" unicycles. One is a 20" torker with a 2.2" bmx style tire and 127mm ISIS cranks. The other is a Koxx-One Green Spirit with a trials tire and 140mm cranks. They are the same size, but totally different to ride except being slow. I’m doing a brief performance for a talent show of riding and juggling(simple riding and simple cascade). I am trying to decide which to use for it, and am conflicted. The torker is much smoother, and the tire pivots much more easily. This makes sense. the K1 is not quite as smooth-rolling, but I have a lot more pedal control. The K1 feels much more twitchy to ride.

Anyone who has experience:
is there an objectively better setup for performing and/or general juggling?
Any other comments or tips from my tirade of slight confusion?

The koxx one has in fact at 19" rim, not 20". The tire is inside diameter is 19" but outside is 20". That’s a “rear” trials tire.

Some trials tire can be quite twitchy when inflated quite high, especially the Try-All Sticky, as they are usually meant for lower pressures.

You’ve also got completely different crank length. While 13mm doesn’t seem all that much, it does make a easily comparable difference.

I would recommend the 20" torker if you’re going to be juggling while idling. You’ll find your cadence will need to be higher/faster on 127mm cranks compared to 140mm.

You’re probably feeling more control on the K1 because of the longer cranks which give you more leverage.
