I Can't Feel My Mouth And I Can't Unicycle :(

I went to the dentist and had two teeth extracted and the spots are supposed to bleed for the next three hours. My first question was if I could do sports today still and I was told not today, maybe light jogging tomorrow. I tried to ask if unicycling was light jogging but with a gauze in the mouth, she didn’t know what I was saying :frowning:

Well anyway since I’m bored, what do you reckon I do with the extracted teeth? Any of you make charms or bracelets with ur teeth? I was thinking of hooking it on my phone in place of one of those oh-too-cute phone danglies but is that in bad taste?

Make them into really cool valve caps. Keep one for yourself. The other one you could sell on Ebay because once some of the other riders see this one of a kind, valve cap, there’s going to be a bidding war.

I say you swollow them and track how long it takes them to travel the bowels (pardon the pun) of your digestive tract.

Either valve caps or a necklace…or one of each!

Also, to stop the bleeding, put tea leaves in your mouth…it’ll stop like right away.

They’re not big enough to use as valve caps I think.

Necklaces are out because I don’t want to run the risk of stabbing my throat with one of the roots…

I had four extracted about a year ago. In all honesty i enjoyed it. My whole mouth was completely numb and then they pulled my teeth out with vice grip things. the feeling was insane, really uncanny. if they grew back i would definately do it again.

Yeah it bleeds for a few hours but, try getting a nose reconstruction done, i bleed for at about three weeks. at one point i was filling buckets.

With the teeth i bleached them and havn’t as yet decided what to do with them.

I’m gonna have another two more extracted on wednesday. Reckon we can pool teeth and uhm… I don’t know.

About an hour after I started the thread, the anaestasia wore off and my mouth hurt for the next six hours. So that wasn’t too fun. Going to uni now. Wonder if I’ll bleed more after…

i love the feeling of your mouth being super super numb…its awesomeeee
and what weird about it is you can screw your cheak up so bad without knowing it. Like i chewed the inside of my cheack up and i didnt even know it because i was so numb. You can also slap yourself and feel nothing and bruise youself without getting hurt as well:D :stuck_out_tongue:

Bad taste, but not gross, you go for it,its your own teeth if you want to show them off on your phone why not.

Well, not to long ago, I even made a thread about it lol, I had all 5 of my wisdom teath pulled.

It was great! The operation went quickly and easily, and I barley bleed much at all. Most people swell like a balloon, but my cheeks only were about a few centimeters bigger. Sera thought I looked cute. =p

Anyways, that day I just laid an bed, played guitar, and did stuff on the comp. Took my hydrocodones they ave me, but I didn’t have much pain, so the pills were kinda overkill.

I ate lots of go-gurt. Which is yogurt but made in a tube so you can just kinda suck it out. So good!..

The next night, I had a gig to play. No swelling, no pain, and I was up there playing my guitar.

Yeah, so t went perfectly for me, and wasn’t anything negative at all, hope it goes that way with you. =p
