html refresh question...

Hello,

I’m in the process of moving a site to a new server, and also a new url
(it’s own domain). My plan is to delete all files on the old server and
use error pages to direct users to the new site.

What I want to do is use the meta refresh tag but have it load in the full
browser window.

example: this tag: (META HTTP-EQUIV=“REFRESH”; CONTENT=“15;
URL=http://newdomain.com”), but with the functionality of: (a
href=“http://newdomain.com” target="_top")

Anyone know how to do this?
