I think the easiest way would be to have the female partner stand on
the crown of the frame in front of the male partner, who would ride as
usual – well, ahem, almost as usual, but with this silly grin
(actually, probably an intense look of concentration, not wanting to
fall down and all).
An alternative is to have the female on the seat (but leaning forward a
bit) and the male standing on the crown behind her.

This is not clear. Are they both on the same unicycle? If yes this should
be very difficult… In either case, since she is standing and he is
sitting, they are too far apart to make any “adjustments”. I am lost as to
what your intentions are.

When I have carried a rider in front of me on my uni, and that rider is
standing on the crown, I find that the setup would allow unisex, if that’s
what someone were trying to achieve. The female standing on the crown (of
the same uni) could …
Oh, never mind. If someone tries this and succeeds, please let us know.
