Sorry i’m such a neophite but… I need to learn. I would like the ability to put images in posts. I think the only way to do that is to have them on the provided web space.? I don’t seem to be able to aquire web space currently. Is this correct or am I missing something?
If you scroll down from where you type your reply it says ‘Attach file’. Click on ‘Browse’, and go from there.
If you have an image on your computer, you can upload it by using the “Attach file” option when you post. Beware though, this fails if you preview the message first. Don’t use the “Preview Reply” button if you do this.
If the image is on a web page and you can copy the URL, the you can include it by surrounding the URL with the [img] tag; when you want to insert an image click the [img] tag above - when you’re posting that is - and then put the URL between the tags. This works even if you use the preview function and, to boot, you can put multiple images in a post using this method.
Take care to watch the size of the image you include, please.
