How do you go so fast on coker.

Both the new cokers and my Radial 36er have super wide hubs, therefore I prefer zero q cranks since my feet are far apart as it is due to the hub width. I currently use and prefer the aluminum Qu-ax 114mm cranks with zero Q.

Yes, I used heavy steel bicycle Euros for years because of the low Q-factor. I’m now using Quax lightweight aluminium and also straight which means less Q.

Q-factor makes a difference when you want to go fast. But you’re so tall I don’t think it would affect you as much!

OK, thanks for the info. Anyone want to help me out in picking out the best 102mm cranks at udc? They are all listed here.

I’d get the miyatas; between Todd and I, we find that the miyatas are generally the straightest and stiffest. I first tried the Uniteds because they were the cheapest, but I would actually bend/twist the cranks up to 15 degrees during hard stops.
