how do you get a picture for your profile?

hi

i was curious how do you get the lil pictures that appear by your replys or threads??

i have searched the user cp and i see no indication to show a picture. (this mayjust be that i need glasses)

can someone please fill me in on how to get my picture up?

Are you talking about the picture under your name. In my case, the unicycle with turning wheel?

It’s called an “avatar”. Go to “user cp” then “Edit Options”.

Make sure you go to “Edit options” instead of Edit profile.

Its at the bottom.

You have to have a program to resize it first,100x100 or less.

rhysling made a STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION SET for creating an avatar. The rules are somewhat different now. I think you are allowed to have an avatar that is 60x60 pixels or maybe even larger.
