Ive had several atempts…none of which have succeded, what do i do!!..btw, ive popped me inner tube and dont know whether its big or small hole, and if i have to get a new inner tube or not…which is why i have to remove the tyre 
Tyre levers and a bit of elbow grease!
(It can be tricky the first time you try this)

The trick when getting the tire off is to realize that rims are shaped like a “V” inside. The center of the rim is a smaller diameter than the edges of the rim. Use that fact to your advantage. Slide the tire bead to the center of the rim all the way around. The tire will now be at the bottom of the “V” and you will have some slack in the tire bead to work with. Now use your tire levers to get the tire over the rim.
Reverse the procedure when putting a tire on.
