I was just wondering how many people had hokey spokes for their unicycles, and how they work for you, also how many you put on your wheel.
I got one red one, and it’s not the neatest thing. If I turn the uni upside down and spin the wheel it’s ok, but I feel like when i’m riding my leg might be in the way and i’m thinking getting more hokeys might help, I dunno.
apparantly not
with my entire universe revolving around unihoki at the moment, i saw the thread title and thought how wonderfull this world is when they start making unicycle spokes especially for playing hokey
then the spelling demon kicked in
I’ve just got hold of the coolest thing… a length of bright red electroluminescent wire, 2 metres long, with a battery on one end. It looks so great and it’s not been anywhere near the uni yet. With that and a smattering of glow-sticks on the cranks and whatnot the after-dark Honiton Winter Carnival is going to be great…
where’s it from? is it a standard thing you can buy? I’ve just got some dirt cheap glowsticks/bracelets from Maplins… and a Mathmos Aduki which I don’t want to break!
