Well, I tried it. It tastes very artificial, I could only drink a few sips.
I’ve heard they’re pretty horrendous environmentally, the self-chilling cans were banned before release for this reason. I’ve seen the self heating coffee used by mountaineers when we’ve been on muni rides. Seems another good reason not to get hooked on coffee.
in theory it does sound like a good idea, but after reading that artical i dont think its that great, it would be if it worked though.
