after learning to juggle clbus in time for the BJC ever since i have been practicing almost every day for 1 to 2 hours and noticed that after a long seession my arms ache and its pretty tiring, people (non jugglers) i talk to don’t seem to get that its a lot more physicl juggling clubs than balls.
is this just me (the fact i’m not really a ‘strong armed’ person) or have other poepl experienced this too and agree?
I haven’t juggled with clubs yet, but I have juggled with the lightest of balls, to using 7 pound green weighted balls I found in walmart, it was part of a yoga set thingy.
After juggling those for about 10mins I really started to feel it, be a great workout, toning wise, if i used those more often instead of my hacky-sacks lol
Once you get more proficient at juggling 3 clubs, it’s really not that hard, physically. More than 3 and it is more of a workout. Juggling clubs while riding the unicycle is also physically demanding, at least it is for me. I haven’t been doing that for very long, so hopefully with more practice I won’t get so wore out! I’ve seen guys who are really out of shape, and juggle on the uni like it’s nothing.
You’ll get very strong soon…trust me. Just keep doin what you’re doin, and eventually, it’ll be easy to juggle clubs for as long as you want.
Go to jugglingdb.com and look for movies of Cate Flaherty…she’s an INSANELy awesome juggling chick, and her biceps are freakin huge.
