Hi all, I need a bit of help

Hello,

My name is Vidar, I live in Noraw and have just bought myself my first Unicycle. After some tips and discussion, I got myself a Nimbus 24" Muni ISIS, since I a bit heavy (but that’s gonna change soon :)).

Anyway, I need some help: I am about to assemble the unicycle, but I have read both online and in the assembly instructions that

(See http://www.unicycle.uk.com/media/upload/image/MachinedBearngHousing42mm.jpg - #4)

Now, on my frame it’s marked L and R, on my pedals there is a L and R, but not on the cranks (or wheel)! How do I know which crank is left or right? Or does it matter?

Regards,
Vidar

Sorry for the above post, I just figured it out. I was looking for a sticker or marking on the crank, but I discovered the productname itself had an L and R: http://www.unicycle.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/5e06319eda06f020e43594a9c230972d/v/e/venture2isis150.jpg

As you already know, one is called “Nimbus Venture 150L” and the other “Nimbus Venture 150R”

Looking forward to check this one out, but I suspect I need a bit more practice:

Hi all

I have just started trying out my new hobby, and it was both fun and very hard… Just like I imagined and hope for. Can’t wait to get better.

However, I have one question: I bought a new Nimbus Muni 24" ISIS as my first uni, and after just 30 minutes of practice I noticed that the seat/saddle slid forward and backwards on the seatpost. It was attached with three (not four) screws, so it was in place, but not tighten so much that is was stuck.

Is this how it is supposed to be? Is it normal that the seat should slide? Or do I have to get a fourth screw and tighten them all?

It is def. not normal that the seat slides. You really should tighten it.
