Hey A.J.

Maybe if we all ask him nicely; A.J. will tell us about his recent South
Texas Coker ride. Please  Otherwise I might have to tell it for him.
(as I heard thru the MS150 grapevine)
You the man A.J. !!!

Re: Hey A.J.

Hi Mark,
Good to hear from you and further down I read about your Oklahoma
ride this summer. Sounds like fun but not enough hills for me. You know
me, the more hills the better. As for the MS ride. Saturday was a blast.
Passing bikes on the hills was the best. I absolutely love that. I
finished Saturday and later that night I got very sick. I later found
out that it was dehydration. I should have gotten an IV going but I
didn’t. Woke up Sunday morning. I wasn’t sore or anything but my stomach
was doing flip flops and my heart was racing. I went to the medical tent
and they told me I probably shouldn’t ride Sunday. I knew they were
right but it’s still eating away with me. Oh well, time to start
training for next year. Who’s with me?

It’s tough to ride the next day after 100 miles the day before!
