Help with 180's

Ok I need a little help doing 180’s (hopping) and this my progress so far:
I can easily do a 90 degree turn in the air. I can hop maybe 10cm and whenever I go for a 180 I never make it around all the way. I know to do a prehop to bounce and hop higher but what else should I do?

While you’re at it could you also tell me what static means (like a static hop down a 4 set)

static means you’re not moving before you (insert trick here). e.g, I could ride up to a curb and hop up while still moving (rolling), or I could ride up, then stop and hop around a bit before jumping up (static).

As for the 180’s, I can’t really offer much, though it seems if you twist your shoulders around first, the rest of your body (and the uni) will follow.

Well to 180 hop i move my lower body around and the top follows…i have found that when i 180 i pause for a few seconds and then jump…or whilst riding just start to turn and hop out of it and you should be able to 180 hop whilst riding…
