HELP-why can't I up load my webpage?

Why is it that everytime I try to upload or redirect my wbpage it says this:

“Fatal error: The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition gallery_userdb of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded before the session was started in /home/sites/site3/web/gallery/classes/UserDBhard.php on line 56”

???

Please help me because I want to have my web page up and running.

I’m sure what to tell you. I always use an FTP program to upload my files. I’ve never had any trouble. Try e-mailing Gilby. He is super helpful with any questions I have had concerning my web page.
