Help! trouble increasing export quality with Adobe premier CS3

Hey guys, i’m doing a speech tomorrow in class, and i’m able to bring along a video to show (its an animal rights speech, and i’m going to play a video to give more effect to the speech).

anyway, i spent liek 2 hours editing this, and getting everything right, and i export it and go to view it in windows media player, and my quality went to sh**. idk what happened, ive done everything i can figure and the video quality still turns into poo no matter what. It looks great viewing it in the editor viewer, but the video quality looks HORRIBLE when i’m watching it on my computer.

i SERIOUSLY need to have this video done in like 2 hours because the speech is tomorrow, and i NEED the video quality to be good enough otherwise i’ll have to go with a backup video.

Note: the videos i took that i’m editing look great by themselves in windows media player, but after the edit and export they look like sh**, like if you were to put on a blur effect, only worse. CS3 worked great for me before, but this just isnt working.
So, PLEASE HELP!

I’m using adobe premier CS3.

You forgot to mention anything about file types, encoding, file sizes, etc. What type of file are you working with in Premiere? What kind of file are you exporting? Etc.

well, i got it working fine now.

i couldnt specify file type/size because it would change depending on what i would try to export it as. plus every type i tried to export it with turned it to crap.
