Any tips on how to spin the wheel faster when practising for crankflips? I can easly do a zero plant and can some times jump up and onto a bench like in the second step of shauns crankflip tutorial but I cant spin the wheel fast enough to do double, can anyone give some advise on how you do do it and what works for you? thanks
Helps me to have my foward flipping foot, more on the outer edge of the pedal. Then, insted of kicking straight out, I kick out with an angle, and that really flips the cranks fast.
There is a relatively involved discussion about the same exact topic going on over in the articles and tutorials forum: KICKING the cranks around, successfully and at speed. How? check it out as something in there may help you.
i never learnt to do doubles…but
i can crankflip now. keep practicing…i usually only do 3/4 flips tho…
