But it says it got ISIS and he says it fits on isis hubs

nimbus hub could refer to the cotterless version, or the ISIS version. The Nimbus you linked to has an ISIS splined hub, so that means all cranks that are true ISIS (i.e. not Koxx) will fit on that hub.
