Do you mean a Curriculum Vitae? Maybe try this.
Humm… a template would really be what I need… I’m not so good with formatting the word stuff
SUBJECT LINE POLICE:
The title of this thread, like so many others before it, should be more like: “Please someone do my homework for me or give me links to the answers!” Thanks for planning ahead…
I don’t know what a CV is. Is it like a resume, as suggested above? Or a constant velocity joint, like the ones I always had problems with on my old Subaru? Okay, those probably didn’t have an online template…
GRRRRRRrrrrr
Anyways, kill this thread. I’ve gotten it done.
Maybe you should try to learn how. Then you could list your newfound skill on your CV. Come to think of it, doesn’t Word come bundled with a Resume template?
You appear to be policing outside your jurisdiction. I’d like to have a talk with your seargent. What’s your badge number?
Bad cop! No donut!
ME LIKE DONUT!
Or in the case of Krispy Kremes, “doughnut.” But I disagree with your jurisdictional definition. My suggested replacement may not have been great, but how many of us know what the hell a CV is?
raises hand
I thought it was common knowledge… Hmmm… guess not.
anyways, let the thread DIE from now on.
This is my LAST post here ok?
Thanks for the help!
Good night to all!
Only a poll could answer that question.
It means résumé, but without the funny characters. I had a vague idea what it meant only because someone said it to me once. Outside of academia (in the US), people certainly say résumé, not CV. Especially if they want to be understood.
Oh, no… this thread isn’t dying. What should we do???
Don’t forget to add any ribbons or medals you won at NAUCC or UNICON!!!
They are a must for a resume. Hopefully, you are a member of U.S.A., so you can put that on your resume. And don’t lie. you don’t know how many times potential employers phone the Unicycling office to check these things.
Good old bot resurrected a thread that the original poster wanted to let die
To chip in to this, I know what a CV is
This thread is a good example of “You never know what will actually kill a Unicyclist Discussion thread, other that telling it to be dead never works.”
