You’re too good to your staff Roger. Let them have a voice like that and the next thing you know they’ll want to be paid & have days off as well. 
What days off? Pay them money? What is life coming to!
They get cookies and sometimes a cake… thats enough payment 
And they get to play around with all the nice unicycle stuff!
I have been in the UDC UK office several times… not so sure he is really the one in charge!!
