Has anyone else torn a muscle in their shoulder b4?

I tore a muscle in my shoulder… it hurt, and i was wondering how long it would usually take to heal?

Because I’m itching to get back on my uni but it does me no good until my shoulder has healed.

I have not torn a muscle in my arm, but have torn a cartlidge near the top of my rib cage and this took around 4-5 weeks to stop being painfull.

You’ll be able to Uni before that time but you may still have a bit of pain there.
I was able to ride my b*ke and uni a bit - it was surfing that really gave me painful times.

Not really anything too special lol, just enough to have a bit of fun.
Never really reaches over 4ft, and when it does it seems to be very brutal.

Yeah, it is like 8 down here at the moment :frowning:
I’m thinking of goin for a uni to warm up a bit.
